A fresh twist on the classic French 75, this recipe layers crisp gin with our Rose Cardamom Meyer Lemon Mixer, then tops it with Champagne for sparkle. It's a cocktail perfect for brunch, weddings, or spring gatherings.



Ingredients


  • 1 oz gin

  • 1 oz Rose Cardamom Meyer

  • Lemon Mixer

  • 3 oz Champagne

  • Optional: Land + Local Bitters

Step One

In a shaker cup, add gin and Rose Cardamom Meyer Lemon Mixer. Fill with ice + shake until well-chilled.















Step Two

Strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco or Pét-Nat.
















Step Three

Garnish with lemon twist and dried rose petals. Top with 1 dropperful Land + Local Bitters, if using.
