Yuzu Lemongrass Paloma

Bright, citrusy, and just a little unexpected, this Yuzu Lemongrass Paloma brings a tropical twist to the OG paloma. Made with our botanical syrup, which blends fresh yuzu, garden-grown lemongrass, and a hint of sea-salt - it makes for a refreshing, lightly tangy sip that feels vibrant and awakening.


Yuzu Lemongrass Paloma Ingredients


  • Yuzu Finishing Salt

  • 2 oz Tequila or Mezcal

  • 1 oz Yuzu Lemongrass Syrup

  • 2 oz fresh squeeze Grapefruit Juice

  • 2 oz sparkling water

  • 1 Grapefruit wedge for garnish (optional)

  • A few drops of Makrut Lime + Thyme Basil Bitters (optional)




Step One

Sweep lime wedge across half the rim of a stemless wineglass and apply Yuzu Finishing Salt.

















Step Two

Add tequila, Yuzu Lemongrass Syrup, and fresh grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice.





















Step Three

Shake ingredients together and strain into your prepared glass.




















Step Four

Top with sparkling water, a grapefruit garnish and a few drops of bitters (if using). Sip and enjoy!
