A sweet and tangy shrub (or drinking vinegar infused with botanicals) using one of our favorite late spring plant combos of organic strawberries and snap peas! We also add fresh spearmint to this local champagne vinegar infusion, and sweeten it with local wildflower honey for a hydrating and replenishing addition to your next sprited or spirit free cocktail. Consider adding a pinch of our Leaves + Flowers herbal cocktail salt for a complete electrolytic beverage when added to sparkling water.
