'Pear + Pineapple Guava' SEASONAL SHRUB - No sugar added, 8 oz -
Oragnic pears from Filigreen Farm macerated in organic Nana Mae's apple cider vinegar, along with pineapple guavas sourced from Preston Farm + Winery. We let this shrub macerate for two months in the fridge with frequent agitation before straining off and combining with a lemon verbena infused vinegar. The result is a tangy addition to your sparkling water with a hint of sweetness from the natural sugars of the fruit. We made this in a super small batch, so get it while you can!
