Welcome our first non-alcoholic bitters blend for your home bar infused with Spring’s harvest.
We harvested a couple hundred pounds of lima dulces aka ‘sweet limes’ this Spring at a local private farm in Occidental. The peels were steeped in local, organic apple cider vinegar for a few weeks to create the base of this blend. Next we added vinegar extracts of fennel fronds from Little Saint Farm and artichoke leaf from our garden, as well as nettle from Single Thread farm to create an earthy, tangy, mineral rich bitters to drop onto your next Cynar spritz and Blood orange Negroni.
Ingredients: Organic apple cider vinegar, fennel frond, sweet lime peel, artichoke leaf, vegetable glycerin (derived from coconut).
