A truly special bitters blend made with locally grown makrut limes and thai basil, creating a perfect finish to a tropical margarita or paloma.
 
This bitters blend is what we herbalists call a tincturite, a combination of makrut lime peel macerated in organic vodka, along with a glycerite of thai basil. We let these macerations sit for over a month, constantly agitating to create the best extraction. We then strain the liquid off and combine it with fresh makrut lime juice. The result is a perfect topper for tropical margaritas and palomas.  Also consider incorporating into thai inspired dishes and desserts as a botanical extract.
